Shipping Policy 

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.  

Shipping carriers may experience delays beyond the estimated arrival date. Unfortunately, Payload Solution has no control over these shipping carrier delays. All delivery timelines listed at checkout are estimates only and may vary. If your package tracking states "Arriving Late", please contact your selected shipping carrier for more information.  

REFUSED DELIVERY 

Any refused delivery may be subject to additional fees or a restocking fee. We recommend contacting us prior to refusing the delivery to avoid additional charges. 

RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS 

Order Cancellations & Changes: We are unable to cancel or change ANY order placed for any reason. If eligible, you are welcome to return your item once you receive it. 

Returns: We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return and a 20% restocking fee.  

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@payloadsolution.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
